All services provided are subject to initial diagnostic evaluation and customer authorization. We provide upfront pricing options prior to commencing work. Estimates provided online or over the phone are subject to on-site inspection and verification by a licensed technician.

3. Emergency Support & Appointments

While we strive to provide rapid 24/7 response times across our Central Texas service areas, appointment times are estimates and may be impacted by severe weather, traffic, or emergency call volume.

4. Licensing & State Regulation

Elite Flow Services LLC is a registered Texas plumbing contractor operating under Responsible Master Plumber Julio Rangel (RMP 46621). Regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, 7915 Cameron Rd, Austin, TX 78754, (512) 936-5200, tsbpe.texas.gov.
